If Premium isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed. This applies to the first payment and to each renewal.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us through our social channels and we’ll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Premium page (“Manage or cancel subscription”). You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Paddle’s own refund policy also applies.
