About the project
Built from waiting rooms, not just journals
The Lily Perspective is an educational guide for people whose bodies don't fit neatly into one specialty. Endometriosis, hEDS, POTS, MCAS, neurodivergence, and chronic pain often arrive as a cluster — but care is still organized one organ at a time.
This site exists because the overlaps matter. Inflammation, connective tissue laxity, autonomic instability, sensory processing, and central sensitization all shape how symptoms show up and what helps. A plan that only optimizes one condition usually costs another.
Everything here is evidence-ranked and labeled honestly. Some approaches have solid RCTs behind them; others have plausible mechanisms and a few promising studies; others are still largely anecdotal. "Unstudied" is not the same as "doesn't work" — and it is not the same as "proven."
Nothing here is medical advice. The goal is to make you an informed conversation partner for your own clinicians, and to build a plan that fits the whole person you actually are.
Evidence-ranked
Therapies and tools are sorted by what the research actually shows, not by popularity.
Cluster-aware
We look at how conditions interact, because bodies are systems, not checklists.
Living document
Science changes. This guide is written to be updated as new data arrives.

I share shorter explainers, reels and movement clips on Instagram and TikTok — the same evidence-mechanism lens, in formats that fit a scroll.
